Shirdi Sai Temples, Guru Bhagwat Tungis, Trusts, Individuals Celebrates Birthday across Globe

December 24th marks the birthday of Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy Ji and is celebrated across the globe.
Hon’ble Governor of Odisha Shri Raghubar Das and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha Shri Mohan Charan Majhi extended their heartfelt birthday wishes, highlighting Dr. Satpathy Ji's profound contributions to spirituality, culture, and humanitarian efforts.

Hon’ble Governor Shri Raghubar Das described Dr. Satpathy Ji as a distinguished scholar and spiritual thinker in his message. He acknowledged Dr. Satpathy Ji's unwavering dedication over the past 25 years to promoting Indian religion and philosophy globally. The Governor highlighted that "under his guidance, numerous centers have been established across countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Britain, and Europe." He also prayed to Lord Jagannath for Dr. Satpathy Ji's long and healthy life, commending his relentless efforts to spread Indian culture and spirituality.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi praised Dr. Satpathy Ji as "a great son of the soil, a noble Guru, and a divine soul." He expressed gratitude for Dr. Satpathy Ji's guidance and humanitarian service, emphasizing his impact on countless lives. In his message, he conveyed, "May Lord Jagannath and Sadguru Sainath bless Dr. Satpathy Ji with health and happiness to continue his invaluable service to humanity."
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Kanak Bardhan Singhdeo also praised Dr. Satpathy Ji's profound impact, stating, "Your wisdom, compassion, and guidance have been a source of inspiration for countless souls. We are eternally grateful for your boundless love and teachings."

Former Supreme Court Justice Ananga Kumar Patnaik expressed his personal gratitude, describing Dr. Satpathy Ji as a pillar of spiritual and mental support during challenging times. He prayed for Dr. Satpathy Ji's continued good health and blessings from Shirdi Saibaba.

Jnanpith awardee and former Culture Secretary of India, Sitakanta Mohapatra, extended his birthday greetings, saying, "Happy birthday and many blessings on this special day. I seek your guidance and good wishes." Eminent writer Ramakant Rath also expressed his heartfelt wishes.
Devotees around the world are preparing to celebrate the day with prayers and rituals. In Andhra Pradesh, special Deepa lighting ceremonies and pujas are planned in Tirupati, with similar offerings set to take place in Deoghar, Ayodhya, and Kashi.

In Odisha, Akhand Deepa and pujas are scheduled to be performed at the sacred temples of Lord Jagannath in Puri, Lingaraj in Bhubaneswar, Chandi in Cuttack, and Samaleswari in Sambalpur.
Across various Shirdi Sai Baba temples and Shri Guru Bhagwat Tungis in India, features special pujas, cultural programs, and charitable activities. A blood donation camp will also be organized in different places of India to commemorate the occasion.

A grand event was organized by Sai Ka Aangan in Gurgaon, where various regional groups from across India expressed their gratitude to Dr. Satpathy in their unique traditions for his contributions to society. The participating groups hailed from South India (Tamil, Telugu), Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Bihar (Maithili, Bhojpuri), Sindh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu & Kashmir.
