A Devotional Journey: A Cultural Tribute to Shri Guru Bhagwat

On 10th of August 2024, a grand spiritual program was organized by Sai Nirmalya and Shirdi Sai Servants Society Trust in Baleswar, under the guidance of Rev. Gurujee Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy.
The event, a truly memorable evening, featured various activities spotlighting Dr. Satpathy Ji's teachings and literary contributions.

The program commenced with a soulful opening song performed by local school children, followed by a heartfelt rendition of "Aao aao Padharo Mere Gurubar," a song penned by Dr. Satpathy Ji, by two young talents. Devotees from Baleswar, Soro and nearby took part in reciting Shri Guru Bhagwat prayers in groups, each consisting of nine members, contributing to a spiritually immersive experience.

A theatrical performance, inspired by the teachings of Shri Guru Bhagwat, was presented by devotees, deepening the evening's spiritual ambiance.

In his address, Dr. Satpathy ji praised the diverse and innovative nature of the program, noting that such a comprehensive event had not been held before in Odisha or India concerning Guru Bhagwat. He reflected on Odisha's rich tradition of Guru-disciple relationships, mentioning historical figures such as Nanak, Chaitanya, and Shankar Dev, who had significantly influenced the region’s spiritual landscape.

Dr. Satpathy highlighted the profound Guru-disciple bond, comparing it to a mother's nurturing love. He emphasized Shri Guru Bhagwat's role as a universal spiritual guide for the youth.

In recognition of his invaluable contributions to humanity, Dr. Satpathy ji was felicitated by the Sai Nirmalya and Shirdi Sai Servants Society Trust.
